This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ecomfordummies.com (the "Site"), The Conversion Playbook, and all related services. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of your license, removal from our systems, and legal action.
1. Prohibited Uses of the Site
You may not use the Site to:

Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law.

Transmit unsolicited promotional material, spam, or chain letters.

Impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity, including us, our employees, or other users.

Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, AI agent, or other automated means to access or interact with the Site, except as expressly permitted under our Terms of Service Section 21 (AI Agents and Automated Access) or for legitimate search engine indexing.

Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features of the Site.

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system without our written authorization.

Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site, our servers, or networks (including denial-of-service attacks).

Submit false or misleading information at checkout, in account registration, in support requests, or elsewhere.

Use stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or unauthorized payment instruments.

Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, limits, or bans.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site or its content.
2. Prohibited Uses of the Product
In addition to the license restrictions in our Terms of Service, you may not use The Conversion Playbook or any of the blocks to:

Build, host, or facilitate any business that engages in illegal activity, including but not limited to: sale of stolen goods, illegal drugs, unauthorized firearms, counterfeit products, pirated software, or trafficked items.

Build, host, or facilitate businesses that deceive consumers, including: scam stores, fake brands impersonating real brands, fraudulent fundraisers, MLM/pyramid schemes, or deceptive subscription traps.

Create or promote websites that contain sexually explicit content involving minors or non-consenting adults, content depicting graphic violence, content promoting self-harm or eating disorders, or content promoting hatred or violence against any group.

Manipulate buyers through dark patterns, including but not limited to: fake countdown timers, fake stock counts, fake review counts, or fake "X people are viewing" indicators that misrepresent reality.

Mislead consumers about pricing, taxes, shipping, refunds, or terms.

Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, including by selling counterfeit goods or unlicensed reproductions.

Violate any consumer protection law, including the FTC Act, state UDAP statutes, or equivalent international laws.
3. Prohibited Interactions With Us
You may not:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any of our staff or representatives, whether by email, social media, phone, or other means.

Submit support requests in bad faith (e.g., demanding free product, lying about your purchase, fabricating issues to obtain refunds).

Make defamatory statements about us, our product, or our business with knowledge of their falsity or reckless disregard for the truth.

Engage in extortion, including threats of negative reviews, social media campaigns, or chargebacks, in exchange for refunds, discounts, or favors.
4. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions, alone or in combination, in our sole discretion, in response to a violation of this AUP:

Issue a warning.

Suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your account, and your license to use the product.

Refuse to fulfill or refund any order.

Withhold or reverse refunds where evidence of bad-faith conduct exists.

Report violations to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, payment processors, or industry fraud-prevention databases.

Pursue civil action to recover damages, including statutory damages, lost profits, and reasonable attorney's fees.

Cooperate with criminal investigations, including production of records pursuant to lawful legal process.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP by another user, please report it to hello@ecomfordummies.com with the subject line "AUP Violation Report."
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site or product after changes constitutes acceptance.
5 · Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Conversion Playbook is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery Method and Timing
Within approximately 60 seconds of completing your purchase, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link. The email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring this address is accurate and active before completing your purchase.
In rare cases, automated email delivery may be delayed by mail provider processing times. In the unlikely event you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please follow the troubleshooting steps below before contacting support.
If You Do Not Receive Your Download Email

Check your spam, junk, promotions, and "all mail" folders.
• Search your inbox for "hello@ecomfordummies.com" and for "The Conversion Playbook".

Confirm that the email address you used at checkout is correct (typos in domain names are a common cause).

Add hello@ecomfordummies.com to your contacts or safe-sender list.

Wait at least 30 minutes before assuming delivery has failed; some email systems delay incoming mail during high-volume periods.
• If after these steps you still have not received the email, email hello@ecomfordummies.com from the same email address you used at checkout, including the approximate purchase date. We will resend the link within 1 business day.
Delivery Costs
There are no shipping charges or delivery fees. The price displayed at checkout is the total price, exclusive of any applicable taxes.
International Delivery
Delivery is fully electronic and works worldwide. There are no customs fees, import duties, or international shipping charges associated with our products. If your country imposes taxes on digital purchases (such as VAT or GST), those will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.
Lost or Expired Download Links
If you lose access to your download link, or if your link has expired, email hello@ecomfordummies.com from your original purchase email address. We will resend a fresh link, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be in good standing, (b) you must not have received a refund for the product, and (c) we may verify your identity before reissuing the link.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for digital products pass to you upon successful delivery of the download link to your email address. Failure to download the product, loss of downloaded files due to your device failure, or accidental deletion is your responsibility.
